----> Her full keel and beamy hull make her very smooth and comfortable while sailing, even in 25+ knots. Her sail plan and arrangement is simple, strong, straight forward. I have made all lines and halyards extra long so that they wont be lost overboard or up the mast. It's this sort of thinking we used. Her current liferaft, EPIRB, fully stocked abandon-ship bag and other safety gear make her extremely safe. The full keel provides a completely protected rudder and propeller. She also has both a brand new electric autopilot and windvane which is really the most important safety gear! Her Single Sideband Radio also provides long distance weather, and communication.

----> "Gaviota" comes fully loaded with spare parts, hardware, software, paperwork, tools, filters, epoxy….etc. everything up to the pots and pans! Boat comes ready to sail right off the dock. Way too much to list. Boat is in perfect working condition and ready to continue cruising!!!

----V-Berth, there is a standing closet to stbd and below the bed is two drawers and ample storage! The large hatch gives great ventilation to the entire boat.

----Galley, Stainless stove, fridge opens from the top just fwd. of the stove and is huge!

----Wood detail on cabinets port & stbd.

----Galley + Saloon (the table in the saloon drops down and converts to a large double bunk.

----Looking Forward from the Nav Station

----Looking Aft, notice that in the saloon there is nearly 6'10" head room and 6'4" in the galley!

----Galley

----Galley and Navigation Sation, the companionway stairs open up to reveal the entire engine room. This makes checking up on the engine a breeze! Open the stairs and you have instant visual access to nearly all the ships vital organs.

----Looking Aft, on the stbd side aft of the Nav. station you can see the quarter berth, which currently holds our abandon ship bag and spare sails. With all gear off the boat she can comfortably sleep 7 below! Below the Quarter Berth is the Battery bank and other components. Having them here keeps the weight low and the batteries safe, dry and out of the engine room as well as reduces wire lengths.

----The Head, It's a difficult to get a decent picture here, and it is actually much more roomy than the picture lets on.

----Mast top view

----Tender "Coast" at Raietea, Societies.

----Coast on a stick.

----Sailing from the Marquesas

----Fatu Hiva

----Varnish, the perfect combination of wood and fiberglass!!

----Our light-weight Spinnaker

----Wing and wing.
